Bob, how do you think the NCAA athlete pay program is going to work? Particularly at the Aggies level.

Ed - Splitting up this pie is no doubt going to lead to more lawsuits.

As a former Aggie athlete myself, I plan to submit an invoice for my fair share of the billions of dollars floating around.

When I was playing, all we got was a new pair of tennis shoes, two tennis rackets (one for each hand), a game-day shirt proudly emblazoned with "California Aggies" across the front and $7.75 a day of meal money when we were on the road. Of course, hamburgers were 19 cents at Foster's Freeze in Downtown Davis back then.

Bill -

What a joy covering these guys this year. A bunch of young men who have never heard of the word "quit." Great things are about to happen for Aggie baseball. Trust me on this.

It all starts at the top. UC Davis made a great hire when they brought Tommy Nicholson aboard.

Bill - You are so kind. This was such a good season on so many levels.

Divisions I college baseball is not child's play.

These young men wearing the Blue and Gold have never heard the word "quit."

That starts at the top and trickles on down.

UC Davis made a great hire when they brought Tommy Nicholson on board.
