Thanks for bringing this great season to us.

It was an honor and a joy, Len.

Just like covering you and Aggie basketball and so many other UC Davis athletes for so many years.

As the South Dakota band proudly marched onto the field Saturday afternoon in Vermillion to play the school fight song and the National Anthem, I got a tear in my eyes thinking just how lucky I was to be there.

Thanks to everyone for giving me this cherished opportunity.

Phenomenal Season.

Mixed emotions yet your article put those mixed emotions to rest.

Look forward to next season's articles.

Thanks, Bob. Aggies out gained SDState! I did not realize that. I listened on 1140 while at the gym. The turnovers !!! And the loss of Lan the Steer Wrestler. Too much to overcome. Take care

Was a tough one, John.

A great season ended, but Miles and Lan both had great years and fans were well served.

Sports fan be cruel. Then again, the possibility of losing is part of the bargain when you sign up to play sports and put your heart and soul into them.

What a great season…and, indeed, what turned out to be the finale was disappointing (it’s difficult to overcome that many turnovers). However, I think all of Aggie-land is very proud of the way this team performed throughout the season, and are hopeful Coach Plough and the returning members will be able to build on this season’s success.

Yes, only one team is left standing at the end. Sometimes I think a single bowl bid is better than playoffs.

Lots of teams won their last game, but didn't qualify for the playoffs.

24 teams did qualify for the playoffs, the Aggies among them. 23 will ultimately lose their final game.

Bummed at the result, but so proud of how they continually fought back today until the end. What a season!

Yes, nothing but pride.

Losing, unfortunately, is part of the bargain when you sign up to play a game with a scoreboard at the end of the field.

Being satisfied finishing 11-3 is what got Georgia HC Mark Richt shown the door at Athens. What was good about today? Nothing. QB Hastings threw five pics, including two directly to SD defenders in the end zone. Two SD touchdowns went to wide open receivers after blown Aggie coverages.

The Aggies played without their best player for over half the game -- and were still in the game to win it in the fourth quarter.

Total frustration 🫤

I think I hold the record for eating 6 turnovers in one minute in 7th grade but they didn't remain in my tummy for long 🤮
